Sim Review: Astrium

Astrium is a new sim that has just open up, I decided to check it out. I was already on the offence when seeing dnd 5e. I think sims that enforce dnd standards are limited and very boring.Thats just my opinion, cause if I wanted to play DnD it would not be in SL at all, I would play it either at an actual table or on discord. SL I go to build story of my own creations, not DnD standard races and race builds. The sim is pretty, so good for photos, staff seems nice. However been to new sims with nice staff, that lasted about 2 weeks before true colors show, so I say give it 2 weeks to a month and see if they continue their friendly manner (which I have high hopes they do) I do have to admit that one staff member being on the ban list of most Roleplay sims is abit of a red flag for me, but given I don't know the reason I say it could be over look for one to forge their own opinion.  My biggest strike though is how they contradict themselves right off, they say they have open rac...

Sim Review: Ebonrunes Chronicle

Ok so I been watching this sim for a while,  I hadn't gone cause they had a no Vampire allowed policy at first and I respected that, just I wanted to play a vampire. They actually changed it and now allow them, so that was awesome. I went to the sim and immediately I was imed by a mod with a warm greetings and they told me about the sim and everything and places to tour as we spoke for a while about the sim. Like this was a first for me, never been to a sim that has done this. The mod was super nice and very well knowledge of the sim.  The build omg, NEVER have I ever been in love with a sim build in such a long time. It is beautiful, so well built, it has like everything, even a very VERY nice mer area, like omg mer dreams come true yall. Like the sim is built in layers and guess what....... BARELY ANY LAG. That's right its not hardly laggy at all. Such beauty and no lag, ugh pinch me I must be dreaming. The lore is pretty interesting and worth a read, I love what the o...

Sim Review: Origin of Sin

So the name Origin of Sin makes you think sex sim, like that be the only thing it was. However isn't the case, yes sex can be had and alot do so, but the sim does have roleplay stories and such. They have three places you can go to and all are connected on the sim, it is one sim big at the moment, but I have heard rumors it might possibly be getting a second sim. The sim is beautifully built, seems fluid for the different areas they have on it. They have a open base character creation, which I love. The admins seem super helpful, they also send reminders out that we are here for fun and if there is an issue never be scared to speak up and I can respect that. It shows the team really is there for help and to make sure everyone is having fun. They also use the GP Hud, which I seen alot of sim use. Its a simple hud to figure out, they have theirs only slightly set up different from other sims.  They have three areas, Helheim which is the city and looks like the goody place for g...

Sim Review: Elyona

Elyona is a medieval sim that uses the widely popular GP hud system, its one sim big and has sky boxes for places and such. Its built well, but pretty laggy in the build. The sim over all is pretty basic in looks for medieval fantasy, not a bad thing, if you get past the lag.  The sim is heavily based on XP, everything in it revolves around it, the more XP the higher you level. The sim is dice combat (however the levels apply to your dice outcome.) They really push for you to be in a group, now groups not always a bad thing, but this sim to me, has waaaay to many groups and not enough roleplayers. Plus after being in a couple of groups and talking to a few players, the sim has a serious bad clique problem. It has been brought to the admins attention, but doesn't seem to matter. Most hide in their hideouts or homes.  The have a class, which wouldn't be so bad, but they try to force everyone to take. Its a class base on the hud (that almost alot of sims use) the lore (you...
